Terms
Last updated 4 August 2026. If you gave your details at a photo booth and want to know where they went, this is the page.
Who gets your details
Two parties, and the consent box on the booth calls them the host and their marketing partners.
- The host — whoever ran the event you were at. Their name is on the box you ticked.
- Trellis Studio — we built and operate the booth, and the details you enter are stored on our systems. We are the marketing partner that line refers to. We may contact you about products and services, and we do not sell your details to anyone else.
That is the whole list. No one else receives them.
Why the booth is free
Because of the above. The host pays nothing to run it, and the details guests choose to enter are what makes that work. You are told before you type anything, which is the point of the box.
Your photo
Kept for 24 hours so you can download it, then deleted permanently by a scheduled job. Save it to your phone if you want to keep it. The photo is not published anywhere, and the page it lives on is blocked from search engines.
What happens to your email
It goes on our mailing list, tagged with the event you were at, and stays there until you leave. Everything else — your photo, your phone number if you gave one — is deleted after 24 hours and is not copied anywhere.
Changing your mind
Email [email protected] and we will delete what we hold and stop contacting you. Every marketing email we send also carries a one-click unsubscribe. To reach the host, use the contact details they gave you at the event.
Everything else
The full detail on what we collect across the site, who processes it and how long it is kept is in our privacy policy.
